To pair with the falling snow and holiday preparations, we’re stoked to release our latest Barrel Aged brew this Thursday, December 16th at 2pm. The newest addition to our Barrel Aged series will be a decadent Stout, aged for 7 months in French Oak Red Wine barrels.

Brewed with six specialty malts including Pale Chocolate, Blackprinz and Maris Otter, a slight addition of Fuggle hop and East Kent Goldings brings a mild floral aroma, balancing this strong barrel brew.

With an ABV of 9.2%, you can expect a dark and robust brew, carrying notes of chocolate, toffee, and dried fruit, with oak character peeking through hints of red wine.

Just in time for the holidays, our Barrel Aged Stout will be available in limited quantities in the Tasting Room as of this Thursday, as well as in BC Private Stores and across Alberta shortly.
