STEP ONE

Chief considerations

We LOVE supporting those who support us. But, we can’t do it all. We carefully consider each sponsorship request we receive to ensure we share the same values, are targeting a similar demographic, and that we’re basically a good fit for one another.

Location

While we support mainly local Kootenay events, we are keen to support events further afield. So, if you think you fit the bill, don’t be shy!

DEMOGRAPHIC

We live for the mountains, adventures and a healthy lifestyle, and are keen to partner with events that align with our values and brand – bike races, running events, ski film screenings, music festivals in the mountains…you get the picture!

LEAD TIME

Just like a good beer, this process can’t be rushed, so to be in with a chance of sponsorship, we require at least 4 weeks notice.

Step Two

Limiting factors

We can’t support everyone, and there are some clear limiting factors to our sponsorship. Therefore, please kindly understand that we decline all sponsorship requests which include:

  • Supporting or fundraising for minors – this is a NO GO, plain and simple.
  • Sports teams or individuals – sorry, we can’t go there, but have you checked out our Team FBC program?
  • The request for monetary donations – see below.

If you are requesting monetary donations and you are local to the Elk Valley, a non-profit group with a specific fundraising goal, and of legal drinking age, then our Cheers to Charity program could instead be for you. Find out all about how to apply, via the link below.

Step Three

Key requirements

We have a number of key requirements when it comes to picking partners. So, to be in with a chance, please ensure you are able to confirm ALL of the below:

  • I can confirm our event is AT LEAST 4 weeks out.
  • We are located in Western Canada.
  • We can add FBC® / LOGO™ logo to ALL promotional material.
  • If serving beer, FBC® / LOGO™ is being served at the event.
  • We will verbally mention FBC® / LOGO™ at the event.
  • I can confirm our event does not fundraise for, support, or market to minors.
  • I understand I need to get a liquor license to serve alcohol at an event.

Still fit the bill? Great news…

Step Four

LOGO non-alc

Don’t want the hassle of a liquor license? Beer not a suitable match for your event? Is your event leaning towards the hardcore adventurer? Then perhaps LOGO™ by FBC® is for you.

LOGO™ from Fernie Brewing Co. sets the standard for mountain-brewed, adventure-inspired, non-alcoholic craft beer. Available now in BC and Alberta, this brew is the perfect partner to races, tournaments and mountain top adventures.

For more information about LOGO™ sponsorship opportunities, please reach out via the below link, as LOGO is raring to go for a season of sweaty high-fives.

Think you’re in with a chance? Please fill out the below form and we’ll be in touch soon.
