The release of our new Timelapse Helles Lager – the perfectly refreshing single serve, to pair with springtime sunshine!
A bright, clean, malty Lager brewed with German Pilsner malt and floral hops, Timelapse has a smooth grainy-sweet malty flavour and a soft, dry finish. Subtle spicy, floral, or herbal European hops and restrained bitterness keep the balance malty but not sweet, making this beer a deliciously refreshing brew.
True to a Helles Lager, this brew is predominantly Pilsner malt – Weyermann Barke Pilsner Malt. Along with Weyermann Munich I and Weyermann Munich II for variety.
While our Brewers chose Perle, Saphir, and Mittelfruh hops – promising spicy, fruity and citrus notes.
Coming in at 5% ABV and 20 IBU, this malty European-inspired Lager has been a long time coming. Brewed all the way back in early January, our 2 batches of Timelapse have had lots of lagering time. Although it may have taken a little longer to craft than our other beers, it’s sure worth the wait…
Timelapse Helles Lager is launching in the FBC Tasting Room on Thursday March 25th, and will be available in 473mL 4-packs in BC Private Stores and Alberta. With just 2 brews there is limited availability – so be sure to grab yourself a 4-pack if you see it on a shelf near you.
