Available locally only, this German-Style wheat beer is brew No. 7 in FBC’s locally exclusive Discovery Series.
With a light body and a crisp, citrusy finish, this brew boasts a predominant lactic acid character from the bacteria used in the souring process. Don’t underestimate this cloudy, sour beer – it’s low in alcohol but packs a serious sour punch.
After 6 Discovery Series brews featuring the work of local photographers and artists, you might notice this can looks a wee bit different. We’ve brought the can design in-house and were focusing on why we started this series in the first place – to give our talented brewers the chance to explore new styles, techniques and recipes!
