Our Farmhouse IPA has the same yeast strain as our Saison, is slightly higher in alcohol and lighter in content. Low in bitterness, but heavily dry hopped with Vic Secret, Sorachi Ace and Hallertau Blanc.
The hops mixed with the Saison yeast strain create an interesting blend of flavours.
